Shipping & Returns Shipping

Complimentary FedEx Ground shipping on all orders within the United States. Works are carefully packed to museum standards and shipped fully insured. You will receive tracking information once your piece is on its way. Most works ship within 5–7 business days of purchase; larger or framed works may require additional handling time, and I will be in touch if so. International shipping is available by request. Please contact michael@michaelrosenthalart.com for a quote before purchasing. Returns I want you to live with the work and love it. If a piece isn't right for your space, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, subject to the following conditions: Notify me at michael@michaelrosenthalart.com before returning the work. Returns sent without prior notification will not be accepted. The work must be returned in its original condition, free of damage, marks, or alterations. The work must be returned in its original packaging and materials. Please retain all crating, foam, and wrapping until you are certain you wish to keep the piece. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for purchasing insurance equal to the full purchase price of the work. I will confirm the return address and any special handling instructions once you notify me. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the work's safe return and inspection. Damage in Transit If your work arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the piece before unpacking further, and email michael@michaelrosenthalart.com within 48 hours of delivery. All shipments are insured, and I will make it right. Final Sale Commissioned works and promotional or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
